AMAC Aerospace’s new state-of-the-art hangars are conveniently headquartered in the heart of Europe: Switzerland’s EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg.

Two maintenance and production facility hangars, built together in the new expansion zone, enjoy generous workshop and office spaces as well as 20,000m2 of securely fenced tarmac open to the linkage taxiway.

An additional 4.200m2 hangar, fully operational as of October 2008, has two A320/BBJ/G550-sized bays and is equipped with the latest technological innovations to meet the highest standards in safety requirements too. Audited and certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency and, effective as of 5 November 2008, it’s been awarded EASA Part 145 maintenance facility status.

Our 8.400m2 wide-body hangar, to be completed in April 2010, will simultaneously accommodate a B747-8, B787 or A330-200 and an A320 or BBJ, and will be extendable to house an Airbus A380. Additional work and office space will be available inside.
