Position and Responsibilities

• Lead and organize team work on projects (5-8 people)
• Support Sheet Metal Shop Supervisor in daily operations
• Coordinate sheet metal activities with other department
• Supervise quality, conformity, reliability and safety
• Report to Sheet Metal Shop Supervisor

Daily Activities

• Perform repair assessments in accordance with aeronautical standards
• Bring repairs and installations up to aeronautical standards
• Lead and organise daily team activities
• Liaise with Engineering or OEM on non-standard repairs
• Lead Production Organization manufacturing and installation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Sheet metal worker apprenticeship required
• 10 years experience in structural repairs an detailed manufacturing
• Good communication skills in English
• German and/or French advantageous
• Minimum two years experience as team leader
• Goal-driven pro-active team player
• Dedication to quality, reliability and safety
• FOCA S license advantagous
