Mechanical Production Engineer

Position and Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader in building work procedures standards
• Handle feedback and support in production issues
• Supporting the Team Leader in sub-contractor selection, auditing and monitoring
• Enter correct data into AMOS
• Proper drawing distribution to relevant shops and subcontractor, ensure configuration control

Daily Activities

• Support/liase with production in manufacturing and installation phase
• Configuration Control and drawing distribution for ongoing cabin completion and modification projects
• Handle minor design changes during manufacturing and installation phase
• Data–interface into AMOS (ERP Software) and ordering interface to Logistic
• Subcontractor selection, monitoring and auditing
• Maintaining Standard Parts catalogue

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar qualification required
• Practical or design experience advantageous
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CAD literacy
• Good communication skills in English
• German and/or French advantageous
• Goal-driven pro-active team player
• Dedicated to quality, reliability and safety
