Billing Assistant
Main Activities
- Customer invoicing
- Customer data file maintenance
- Customer demands and maintenance input follow-up
- Liase with Production Department on invoicing and project follow-up
- General Billing Department administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Commercial / accounting background
- Experience within the aviation industry would be beneficial
- Good spoken and written English required
- Good German skills beneficial
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility, able to function in a team
