KES is a well-established, innovative, and highly experienced engineering firm specializing in the design and development of aircraft cabin components and bespoke technical solutions.
With this acquisition, AMAC Aerospace has expanded its presence in the southwest of France to enhance its market reach, gain access to specialized know-how, and broaden its engineering and production activities for both existing and prospective clients.
This acquisition will significantly strengthen AMAC Aerospace Group’s engineering capabilities and support the company’s long-term strategic growth.
