In mid-August, two maintenance inputs were performed on a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy. The aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s hangar in Istanbul, where cleaning of the electropneumatic and pneumatic valves were undertaken, as well as overpressure tightness checks were performed. The aircraft also underwent routine servicing of the hydraulics, oil, and oxygen system components. Lastly, the charts and navigation databases were updated with the current revisions.
After resuming operation, the aircraft returned to AMAC Aerospace a few days later. A CAS message for the oil filter was observed on board, so AMAC Aerospace’s team removed the related engine oil filter for inspection. Although no debris was found, the filter was replaced as a safety precaution.
