AMAC Aerospace is proud to have redelivered a Gulfstream GIV to an African customer after the aircraft had been on ground for 2 years. The aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland, for an extremely heavy maintenance package due to corrosion on the flight controls, landing gear doors and stabilizers. Structural parts were remanufactured via Gulfstream accordingly.
During the maintenance, the owner wished to carry out a parallel refurbishment of the interior. AMAC Aerospace’s team performed a state of the art refurbishment which was very much appreciated by the owner who regularly visited AMAC Aerospace to review the project due to its importance.
The aircraft was redelivered at the beginning of January and, according to the latest feedback, is operating without any discrepancies.
