Position and Responsibilities

  • Control and manual entry of time bookings and overtime
  • Monitoring and input of holidays and absences
  • Ensure that the legal working hours and overtime rules are complied with the clocking times
  • Issuing of time reporting for employees
  • Support the time management department in all aspects
  • Support improvement of internal processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial background
  • Experience as an administrative assistant
  • ATOSS / AMOS knowledge would be a big advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in English verbal and written,  French and / or German would be an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced attention to accuracy and detail
