Responsibilities:
- Acting as CAT-C Certifying Staff in AMAC 145 maintenance organization
- Responsible to monitor the timely in-progress sign-off of Work Orders and Task Cards
- Responsible to monitor the completeness and correctness of signed Work Orders and Task Cards
- Responsible to monitor up-to-date data including manuals, drawings, specifications and company procedures
- Responsible to monitor proper tooling and test equipment which is currently calibrated where applicable
- Responsible to monitor installed proper components as defined in Part 2.2
- Responsible to monitor there are no non-compliances which are known to endanger flight safety
- To verify that all requested tasks were performed in accordance with AMAC Aerospace Turkey and operator procedures and the related maintenance data
- To verify that all serviceable equipment installed by AMAC Aerospace Turkey has its EASA Form 1, SHGM Form 1 or equivalent
- To verify that all test results are satisfactory
- To verify that all documents supplied for the performance of the maintenance operation have been fully completed and signed by proper personnel
- To verify that all deferred work has been approved and recorded and they are in accordance with operator’s MEL/CDL, and AMAC Aerospace Turkey procedures
- To verify that any maintenance action that could have an impact on the aircraft flight operation (by using operator MEL for example) are known by the operator
- Monitoring the maintenance from beginning to end (documentation check, in line task cards sign off procedure etc.)
- Responsible to issue CRS in accordance with AMAC Aerospace Turkey and operator procedures and the related maintenance data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 8 years practical experience of base maintenance
- Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat C / SHGM Part 66 Cat C with A320 family, A330, B737 CL-NG-MAX, B777 ratings
- Knowledge about SHT-145, EASA-145, MOE procedures
- Knowledge about critical task procedures
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance document filling
- Familiar with AMOS
- Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative
- Awareness of highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
- Experience in Corporate Aviation is an advantage
- Fluent in English
