• Prepare contracts with stakeholders, subcontractors
  • Negotiate contracts terms and condition internally and externally
  • Update management in case of changes based on the latest rules and regulations and have a coordination with our legal office
  • Close monitoring to contractual milestones
  • Standardize contracts language
  • Control, monitor and archive all internal/external correspondences
  • Keep all records in soft and hard copies
  • Raise the flag to management in case of any contract breach

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Business administration
  • English speaking is a must
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and familiar to accounting process
  • Good writing skills
  • Having good vision and attention to small details
  • Other qualifications may add value

This position will be based in AMAC Bodrum, Turkey.
