• Execution of Recruitment (hiring), Selection and Placement processes
  • Work with department managers to set qualifications for each positions & roles
  • Preparing reports on recruitment activities and taking an active role in the development processes
  • Publishing advertisements on company’s careers page, social media, and job boards
  • Conducting and following up interviews
  • Providing candidate feedback on time
  • Completing the reference check and job offer process for the candidates selected as needed
  • Making the process of the candidate until the start of the job and the information follow-up required for the first working day
  • Ensuring that open positions are closed within the targeted periods
  • Storing the records of the interviewed candidates in the database
  • Design and update job descriptions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Min 4 years of experience in Human Resources on hiring/recruitment field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills, (MS Office, in particular)
  • Strong time-management, follow up and organization skills
  • Advanced level in English
  • Living or able to live in Bodrum/Milas location
  • Flexibility to travel
