Responsibilities:
- Routine reporting
- End-user support at L1 and L2 level in the hangar
- Adhere to the ITSM and documentations
- Developing 3rd part application with C# and .NET
- Datacenter organization
- Network design and troubleshooting
- Managing and improving Access Control System and CCTV
- Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Electric & Electronic, Computer Engineering or associate degree in related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in IT field
- Fluent in English
- ME, Ipsec, MPLS knowledge
- Hardware, printer, Mobile devices (Phone, tablet) knowledge
