Job Description
The mission:
- 1st and 2nd Level End User Support (email, calls, jump in)
- Install and maintain client computers, printers, phones and mobile devices
- Provide help on MS Windows and MS Office
- Maintain telephone systems and telephones (Fix and mobile)
- Participate to annual PC replacement campaigns
- Work with the Group IT ticketing tool
- Follow and verify Group standard security
- Take IT emergency duty calls during nights and weekends (1 week every 5 weeks)
- Report technical problems and propose solutions on a group level to the team and IT Management
- Propose solutions to improve the IT support service and user experience
What you need to bring to successfully complete the mission:
- English is a must, French, German or Turkish language skills are welcome
- You are a positive and engaged team player wishing to work within our IT support team at Basel Euro-Airport
- Social and communication competences are very important, an experience in an IT service desk / customer service organization would be preferred
- User satisfaction is important for you, you act as a point of contact able to classify issues and escalate it when needed
