Job Description

Key aspects

  • PDM / PLM administration
  • Strong understanding and mindset for migration from Enovia to SolidWorks PDM
  • PDM / PLM automated tasks administration
  • Monitoring of CAD Data Lifecycle processes
  • Engineering software Licenses administration
  • Engineering Hardware coordination (PC’s, E/CAD work stations, Plotter and Printer)
  • MFT, third party data transfer administration with third parties
  • 3D scan administration
  • 3D print administration

Skills qualification

  • Fluent in English (required), French and/or German (beneficial)
  • 3+ years’ experience as PDM Administrator, Database administrator or key user (preferably SolidWorks PDM)
  • Profound knowledge in MRO processes
  • Independent and inquiring attitude with the ability to work in a team
  • Proactive and innovative personality
  • Strong organization & communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications
  • Experience in user trainings & documentations
  • SQL / ETL / Business Intelligence skills as a plus

In addition of the above scope, the candidate will also support the Engineering standardization team:

  • AMAC Standard design (creation, update and modification of parts and assemblies)
  • AMAC Standard stock administration
  • Administration of Standard-Hardware-Catalogue
  • STEP / DXF  file creation (sheet metal subcontracting, water cut)
  • 3D printing production and coordination
  • 3D scanning coordination
