Key Aspects of the Activity

  • Management of time and travel related tasks
  • Agenda management, organization of meetings and internal events
  • General correspondence (German/English)
  • First point of contact for visiting clients and customers (organization of visa, reservation etc.)
  • Support in preparing regular reporting documents / meeting presentations (i.e. Board Meetings)
  • Administration and archiving of company contracts
  • Support sales department with tender applications
  • Provide general administrative support to Executive Management
  • Cooperate with and support various departments for specific projects
  • Manage reception (during absences / holiday period only)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in German and English, good knowledge in French
  • Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Good communication skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Advanced attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and complete projects within required deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Driving license & own car
