Job Description

Your daily tasks & responsibilities

  • Create, process and manage purchase requests and various order types within AMOS
  • Support in sourcing aircraft parts, consumables, tooling, and repair/overhaul services
  • Request and evaluate supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with approved vendor lists, requested delivery date and certification documents
  • Track deliveries, follow up on order status, and help manage AOG and critical orders
  • Ensure correct entry and maintenance of purchasing and supply data in AMOS, including pricing, lead times, shipping method, appropriate INCOTERM and supplier records
  • Check and upload required documentation (e.g. EASA Form 1, FAA 8130‑3, Certificates of Conformity) for compliance and traceability
  • Liaise with Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales and Logistics to support smooth operational workflows
  • Assist in supplier performance tracking and contribute to procurement improvement projects

The expertise you have & skills you bring 

  • Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Aviation Management, or a related field
  • Experience in purchasing or supply chain; experience in aviation logistics or MRO is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with AMOS ERP (user-level) is highly desirable; training experience is also valuable
  • Basic understanding of aircraft parts, ATA chapters, and MRO processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling technical and compliance documents
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Confident use of English, French and German is an advantage
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, time‑critical environment
  • Staying well organized and able to handle several projects even during “stressful” period
