Job Description:

      • The Quality Auditor will be assigned with audits that are part of the Audit Plan, in order to ensure the maintenance activities and procedures meet the applicable regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

      • Establish adequate checklists which are used during the audit
      • Perform audits according to the Audit Plan and audit checklists (including subcontractors).
      • Establish audit reports and distribute to the affected Departments and Quality & Safety Director
      • Monitor closing of audit findings
      • Follow up and closure of any non-conformance of internal and external audits
      • Check that adequate standards, procedures and safety precautions for the performance of aircraft maintenance are established and that the Maintenance Management Team constantly ensures their compliance and necessary improvements
      • Assist the Quality Manager in developing and monitoring the adherence to policies, procedures, and manuals in accordance with Company requirements
      • Maintain and regularly update necessary records related to Quality Department such as personnel authorization files, dispensation files
      • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • 3-5 years of related working experience in the aviation/airline industry
      • Detailed knowledge of  EASA Part 145 Regulations and its practical application
      • Bachelor degree in Aeronautical or equivalent; alternately a diploma or certificate in the related field/ a licensed technician combined with experience and exposure required to fulfil the position requirements
      • Certificates related to Auditing, Quality Assurance and/or Compliance such as IOSA or ISO Lead Assessor are highly desirable and some may be treated as conditional for this role
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Internet and Web Search
      • Excellent command over written and verbal communication skills: reporting, presentations, etc.
      • Fluent in English Language
