Job Description

Key aspects of the Activity 
•    Understand customer request and act pro-actively
•    Guarantee that customers receive expert advice and guidance
•    Actively help in solution finding for customer requests
•    Open/Maintain and follow up opportunities in CRM system
•    Open engineering quote request, formalize engineering quote request
•    Convert engineering quote request to AMAC commercial proposal
•    Follow up on internal quotation process
•    Follow up proposals with Customers
•    Develop standard quotes and database
•    Establish sales campaigns for avionic upgrades
•    Foster a collaborative work atmosphere
•    Create a culture of continuous learning within the team, share knowledge
•    Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer service

Requirement skills and qualifications
•    5 years of experience within Aircraft industry, preferable Business Aviation industry
•    Technical understanding in regards to aircrafts, avionics modifications and refurbishment activities
•    Solid experience with Avionics systems in Business aviation
•    Very good communication in English (verbal and written)
•    French and/or German highly appreciated. Any additional language would be an advantage
•    Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
•    Self-driven and autonomous
•    Ability to work on a fast pace environment with changing priorities and challenging targets
•    Solution oriented
•    Excellent communication and analytical skills
•    Solid understanding of business processes and industry-specific challenges
•    Team spirit behavior 
•    Customer satisfaction focused
