RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Periodically check Airworthiness Directives newly published by CAA who Type Certificate Holder’s EASA, FOCA, FAA and TCA,
  • Assist to Eng. & Pln. Manager in regards Coordinates business relations between any Customer’ Engineering & Planning departments,  any CAMO’s  and other AMAC Aerospace Turkey Departments such as  Maintenance, Logistics, Human and Financial departments.
  • Assist to Eng. & Pln. Manager in regards manages and supervises the man power, facility, documentation, part & material, tool & equipment requirements and availability to keep capabilities and authorizations current and valid
  • Liaise with aircraft, engine and component manufacturers and review all related ADs, Service Bulletins, letters and other information and revise the standards as appropriate
  • Update and issue suspected parts list with respect to airworthiness directives and inform Logistic Department accordingly,
  • Make available and manage all the maintenance data which submitted by Customers such as AMM, IPC etc. and make subscriptions from the manufacturers and establish an updating system and periodically check the latest issues of maintenance data published by the manufacturer and the authority such as ADs, SBs and
  • Prepare spares and tool provisioning for the maintenance activities in the scope of work and upcoming maintenance visits and control man-hour planning versus scheduled maintenance activities,
  • Assist to Eng. & Pln. Manager in regards; Coordination with Quality department define critical tasks in accordance with AMAC Turkey MOE’s  relevant chapters
  • Participate production planning activities for; proper work place according to tasks, required material and tool & equipment, necessary ground support equipment, enough man power requirement on C/S and non C/S
  • Prepare and issue engineering orders, work cards and guidelines for work procedures in compliance with airworthiness data such as ADs, SBs, and keep updated compliance records and status,
  • Monitor on-going maintenance activities, critical paths, off-schedule conditions and communicate with customer for each step requiring acknowledge or preliminary approval.
  • Accept completed work packages from Maintenance Department and check and ensure for completeness of all related task cards in the work package properly.
  • Control/Schedule/Define all work and modifications required on units going to outside agency for repair/overhaul/inspection
  • Keep and archive all maintenance records in accordance with the instructions in AMAC Turkey’s MOE, relevant chapters.
  • To act in accordance with the AMAC Aerospace Turkey quality policy and objectives
  • To ensure that all necessary corrective actions and preventive actions to be completed for the findings found during the audits conducted by DGCA-TR, other civil aviation authorities, auditors of Quality Management within the specified period
  • Ensures that all records on aircraft servicing, unit changes, repairs, modifications, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Deferred Defects and unscheduled actions are signed by the authorized personnel and all actions are properly released to service and documented
  • Ensures that Maintenance Work Packages and Work Orders subsequent to the maintenance performance (Dirty Finger Prints) are collected and they are reviewed for completeness and packages are closed properly as per Customer’s  procedures, DGCA-TR and international requirements and company policies
  • Ensures that all maintenance packages for scheduled maintenance activities are reviewed in advance, in terms of material and tools/equipment and ensures availability in coordination with Maintenance and Logistics Departments
  • Identify material/parts and communicate Ship Shop Ship items and slot reservations to Purchasing Department if required for maintenance input
  • Organize and or participate to the incoming customer meeting with all departments involved
  • Perform Duty as requested or required

  • Prepare AMOS project and work package and work orders as per quote or requested by customer

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable technical education
  • Age of applicants should not be more than 40 years
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance planning and /or Engineering in Aviation Industry.
  • Positive attitude, constantly raising the performance bar, being proactive
  • High level of PC Skills are essential
  • To have completed the military obligation for male candidates
  • Candidates should not have obstacles to travel
