Job Description

Position and Responsibilities

  • Data management and monitoring of the time recording system
  • Assurance that working hours and overtime regulations are legally followed
  • Check and create required existing / additional reports for management
  • Ensure accuracy of data for transfer to other systems, especially salary related transfers to Abacus
  • Active collaboration and support of various Payroll related tasks
  • General support of HR management projects  
  • Administrative support of the HR department if required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in ATOSS or other Time management tools
  • Experience in ABACUS or other Payroll software
  • Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and Social Insurances
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar function
  • Fluent in German and English verbal and written, knowledge in French would be an advantage
  • Ability to work accurately / independently
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to work independently and proactive
  • Driving license and own car
