Responsibilities:
- Liaise with aircraft, engine and component manufacturers and review all related ADs, Service Bulletins,
letters and other information and revise the standards as appropriate - Make available and manage all the maintenance data which submitted by Customers such as AMM, IPC
etc. and make subscriptions from the manufacturers and establish an updating system and periodically
check the latest issues of maintenance data published by the manufacturer and the authority such as ADs,
SBs - Prepare spares and tool provisioning for the maintenance activities in the scope of work and upcoming
maintenance visits and control man-hour planning versus scheduled maintenance activities - Participate production planning activities for; proper work place according to tasks, required material and
tool & equipment, necessary ground support equipment, enough man power requirement on C/S and non
C/S - Prepare and issue engineering orders, work cards and guidelines for work procedures in compliance with
airworthiness data such as ADs, SBs, and keep updated compliance records and status - Monitor on-going maintenance activities, critical paths, off-schedule conditions and communicate with
customer for each step requiring acknowledge or preliminary approval - Control/Schedule/Define all work and modifications required on units going to outside agency for
repair/overhaul/inspection - Ensures that all records on aircraft servicing, unit changes, repairs, modifications, Service Bulletins,
Airworthiness Directives, Deferred Defects and unscheduled actions are signed by the authorized
personnel and all actions are properly released to service and documented - Ensures that all maintenance packages for scheduled maintenance activities are reviewed in advance, in
terms of material and tools/equipment and ensures availability in coordination with Maintenance and
Logistics Departments - Prepare AMOS project and work package and work orders as per quote or requested by customer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Aeronautical Engineering
- Having at least 8 years of experience in Engineering & Planning
- Fluent in English
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced level in Excel
- CAMP & AMOS is a plus
- Airbus & Boeing Familiarization Training is a plus
