Position and Responsibilities /

  • Act as Assistant in the Production Engineering Department
  • Administration of Engineering documents and data
  • General office related administrational tasks
  • Supporting the Group Leader and Production Engineering team in administrative and organisational tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Some admin experience / commercial apprenticeship 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French and/or German would be an advantage
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work accurately, independently and proactive
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment 
  • Teamwork skills: assertiveness, resilience, reliability and initiative
  • Service-oriented and flexible
