AMAC Aerospace are proud to have re-delivered three privately-owned Gulfstream aircraft by the end of March 2023.
The first Gulfstream to leave AMAC facilities was a Gulfstream G550. AMAC’s maintenance team performed a 1C, 2C, 3C, 4C, 8C and 16C Check. The team also removed the entire cabin to carry out maintenance tasks and cosmetic enhancements. The team also accomplished some structural corrosion repairs. Once the cabin was re-installed, the G550 was re-delivered to the customer.
A Gulfstream G450 arrived in Basel, Switzerland to undergo a ‘PPI’ (Pre-Purchase Inspection) and a 1C and 2C maintenance check. After having changed one of the engines, AMAC Aerospace handed over the G450 to the new owner.
A new customer requested base maintenance input at short notice. AMAC’s Managers reacted quickly: the Gulfstream G550 was accepted and dropped in at short notice, in AMAC’s Hangar 5. AMAC’s Gulfstream team performed the base maintenance input on the South African G550.
