AMAC Aerospace are registering a high demand for its MRO expertise for Bombardier aircraft.
A Bombardier Global 6000 arrived in mid-September in Basel, Switzerland. The aircraft of a long-standing customer had visited Basel before for several scheduled maintenance inputs. The privately-owned aircraft underwent some minor maintenance work including some defect rectifications.
Meanwhile, AMAC’s Bombardier team was busy with a comprehensive maintenance input on a Global 6000. The team performed a due maintenance, an 8C-Check, including ‘Service Bulletins’ (SBs), ‘Airworthiness Directives’ (ADs) and the landing gear was overhauled. In addition, the cabin interior was partially refurbished and the flight controls underwent structural corrosion repair.
