ABOUT US

The founders created AMAC Aerospace AG in 2007 to serve the corporate and VIP/VVIP demand. Today we are represented as a ‘Group of Companies’ that span the width of Europe and have presence in Turkey and Lebanon. We operate a network of eight (8) hangars for mid-size jets, narrow and wide-body jets and are dedicated to Maintenance complex design, modifications activities and Completion works that cover a footprint of over 100’000m2. AMAC has 1‘000 employees in specialized domains of aviation, we aim to offer a one-stop shop for all your inquiries.


AMAC Aerospace has three affiliated sister companies which make up the ‘Group of Companies’;

AMAC Corporate Jet (Switzerland) – Located in Kloten, Zurich, our Aircraft Management and Charter division host approximately 12x aircraft on portfolio with regard to direct aircraft management. We help facilitate charter requests, fuel arrangements, insurance coverage, crew selection and training to name a few services.

AMAC Aerospace Istanbul (Turkey) – Located at Atatürk International Airport, Turkey, this facility provides MRO services on Pilatus PC-12, PC-24 and Dassault products. Equipped with all necessary tooling, this facility was created by AMAC Aerospace to service the Pilatus aircraft product on exclusive basis in the Middle East region and then was developed to cover the Dassault aircraft in the region.

AMAC Aerospace Bodrum (Turkey) – Located at Bodrum-Milas Airport, Turkey, this facility is the only MRO at this location. The hangar is strategically positioned directly next to the main taxiway and offers services for both line and base maintenance. Equipped with the latest and most technological hardware and construction, AMAC are the first to use a mixed business model for this hangar facility. During the winter month, the hangar carries out commercial line and base maintenance and during the summer month, the MRO flip over to VIP business maintenance.

JCB Aero (France) – The member of AMAC Group, this company was acquired in May, 2016. JCB are World leaders in their composite and carbon fibre production techniques and methods and can carry out completion works utilizing their DOA & POA approval status. JCB are also qualified completion specialists in VIP Helicopter world and is in the process of acquiring their 145 approval for maintenance too.

AMAC Aerospace Beirut (Lebanon) – operating a regional sale base for the Middle East located in Solidere, Beirut.

AMAC Aerospace Ltd are registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2023 and are located with their sales office in Riyadh. The Company offers professional consulting services on aircraft maintenance, completion & refurbishment, management and charter to stakeholders in the aviation industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East region.

Gamit Ltd (United Kingdom) – Gamit was founded in 1990 and selected London Stansted Airport as its headquarters location at the time due to the expansion plans for it to become a major London International Airport. The specific aim of Gamit was and still is to supply professional and technical support to local and international MROs (Maintenance Repair Organization), airlines, private and corporate aircraft owners.

Mauro Grossi, Group CFO

Mauro Grossi, Group Chief Financial Officer, is a recognized expert in optimization and organizational restructuring as well as operational and financial project management. He brought to AMAC Aerospace more than 20 years of previous experience as Chief Financial Officer in other companies. His key client relationships establish a secure and dependable financial footing for AMAC Aerospace throughout Europe and the rest of the world.


Kadri Muhiddin, Group Executive
Chairman & CEO

Kadri Muhiddin, Group Executive Chairman and CEO, is an accomplished aviation expert with more than 40 years experience in aircraft/ engine heavy maintenance, overhaul and modification. Aeronautical Engineer and Aircraft maintenance Licensed Engineer holding EASA and FAA PPL, a Fellow member of the Royal Aeronautical Society in the UK. As a Chairman of the Board for other aviation ventures, his industry insights, powerful knowledge and commercial network of associations, financial, commercial and legal requirements in the field complement AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG.
