Mid of August, a Bombardier Global 6000 was released back on time for its business missions. The privately-owned aircraft arrived at the beginning of July in Basel. In the past few weeks, AMAC’s Bombardier Team carried out a 15-month inspection.
AMAC Aerospace is an Authorized Service Facility (ASF) of Bombardier Business Aircraft in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC has the approvals to carry out maintenance work on Bombardier* Global Express*, Global Express XRS*, Global 5000*, Global 6000*, Bombardier Challenger 300* and Challenger 600* series aircraft.
The 5th hangar in Basel will be dedicated exclusively to mid-size platforms/products and Bombardier’s aircraft. The space allows AMAC Aerospace to hangar 3-4 Bombardier, Global 5000/6000 or 6-7 Bombardier, Challenger 300/600 series. Hangar 5 will provide additional bays for the mid-size jet clients and can be configured to allow more smaller planes to be accommodated and/or a smaller foot print for the larger aircraft platforms.
