AMAC Aerospace has been awarded two new projects, one on a Bombardier Global 6000 and another one on an Airbus ACJ318.
A Global 6000 will enter AMAC’s hangar in April. The privately-owned Global 6000 will undergo a 15- and 30-month check. Within a 1000h check AMAC will carry out SB (Service Bulletins) tasks. AMAC is looking forward to welcoming this new client in Basel, Switzerland.
The second project comprises the landing gear overhaul on an Airbus ACJ318. The Middle East customer will bring its aircraft by the end of summer, 2020.
“Despite the challenging times we are all going through, be it the logistical or man-power issues, we are working hard to implement all our customers requests and to deliver the running projects with a low ground time, as always. Currently, we receive many requests for aircraft disinfection, mostly on short notice, which we are happy to carry out for our customers and partners” explains Alexis Ott, Director Maintenance Sales & Key Account Management.
