End of June, AMAC Aerospace opened its hangar doors to welcome a Boeing B747 in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC’s team carried out a 6-year check, including a 24- and 60-month-check and ‘Out of Phase’ (OOP) tasks.
Besides the maintenance inputs the technicians carried out a ‘Service Bulletin’ (SB’s) package for the Head of State aircraft and several repair works in the interior cabin.
To meet the client’s schedule, AMAC’s Maintenance managers arranged shift work. Due to the efficient organization of AMAC’s maintenance teams, the aircraft was re-delivered within the reduced ground-time.
