A long-term customer brought his Boeing B737 to AMAC Aerospace in Basel Switzerland for a due maintenance check. AMAC’s Boeing team carried out a 1A Check including some defect rectifications on the privately-owned aircraft. The B737 went back to its operations at the beginning of May.
A second long-term customer kept AMAC’s Boeing team busy. The Boeing B767 came for 1C, 3C Check, ‘Out of Phase’ (OOP) tasks and in addition, AMAC’s completion team performed some interior work touch-up’s. AMAC had to remove the full interior of the aircraft to perform the heavy maintenance and refurbishment tasks, yet, at the beginning of May, the cabin was re-installed and the aircraft left Basel, Switzerland, on time
