Job Description

Position & Responsibility

  • Lead, monitor and manage Projects by setting targets, coaching and controlling
  • Establish and distribute Projects milestone schedules, meeting reports and project
    status reports
  • Coordinate technically and commercially substantial subcontracting activities for
    completion and refurbishment projects
  • Ensure that Part 145 and Part 21G activities are carried out in accordance with the
  • Manage and coordinate quality (‘white glove’) inspections of completion and
    refurbishment projects
  • Ensure cooperation with all other departments and sections of the company


  • Experience in a similar position and/or as Project Manager in the aviation environment
  • Experience within the corporate / private aviation business would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years aviation experience with technical knowledge is required
  • Fluent in English verbal and written, knowledge in French and/or German language would be an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Project)
  • Driving license
