Responsibilities:

  • Establish an independent quality system to monitor compliance of AMAC Aerospace Turkey with EASA Part-145 requirements
  • Work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
  • Ensure adequate communication and liaison AMAC internally and especially within the Quality Assurance Team, Maintenance and the Engineering Team
  • Check that adequate standards, procedures and safety precautions for the performance of aircraft maintenance are established and that the Maintenance Management Team constantly ensures their compliance and necessary improvements
  • Monitor the amendment of the organization’s procedures and standard practices (MOE, including the associated procedure(s)) and their compliance with the current revision of Part-145 plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material issued by EASA
  • Establish regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to appraise the effectiveness of the quality system. This will include details of any reported discrepancy not being adequately addressed by the relevant person or in respect of any disagreement concerning the nature of the discrepancy
  • Preparation and performance of Internal Training and Briefing Sessions regarding Human Factors, Part-145 Refresher, internal procedures and other technical subjects
  • Preparation und update of company manuals procedures
  • Support to the Maintenance Team regarding application, extension and renewal of Maintenance Licences and Internal Authorisations
  • Act as Quality Inspector for the Maintenance Organisation
  • Develop work procedures and tools with the aim to improve department tasks
  • Ensure that the required administrative steps are taken to ensure the fulfilment of all requirements set in the continuous Management Organisation Exposition
  • Ensure Quality & Safety rules are followed throughout the entire hangar facility

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of practical experience within the aviation environment
  • Several years of experience in functions related to Quality Assurance
  • Detailed knowledge about EASA Regulations Part 145
  • Ability to establish and write handbooks, procedures, technical instructions and auditreports
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
