Job Description

Key aspects of the Activity
•    Maintenance input follow-up
•    Running projects – interface with customer & project – change order creation and monitoring
•    Daily interface & communication with Purchasing team who is providing quotations with different options (outright, exchange, shop visit, loan) and responsibility to pre-select more relevant options for Customer in terms of price, lead time, warranty and certification/traceability
•    Daily interface & communication with Aircraft supervisor & PM for project follow-up (change orders status)
•    Daily communication & interface with onsite representatives/Customers
•    Project cost monitoring to make sure all additional costs are submitted/approved by the Customer (SSS over & above, findings, Customer additional requests) so that they can be charged to the Customer in final invoice
•    Maintain master file between CRM, AMOS
•    General administrative work

Requirements skills and qualifications
•    3 years of experience within Aircraft industry
•    Minimum technical understanding in regards to aircraft, modification and refurbishment activities
•    Very good communication in English (verbal and written). Any additional language would be an advantage
•    Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency. AMOS proficiency would be a plus
•    Self-driven and autonomous
•    Ability to work on a fast pace environment with changing priorities
•    Customer satisfaction focused
